Order cancellation

Since each game is made to order, you can cancel free of charge any time before your order has been dispatched — just email us. Once it has shipped, the 14-day return below applies.

14-day returns

You have the right to withdraw and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Conditions

• Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, modified or tampered with.
• The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item (or process your cancellation), we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For crypto payments we'll arrange the refund with you.
