Pokemon Orange Version is a fangame developed by Pia Carrot that lets you live an adventure across the famous Orange Islands from the anime, a setting that was never playable in the first-generation Game Boy titles.
Story: You play as a kid from Valencia Island who dreams of becoming a Pokemon Master. After hearing about a trainer named Red who defeated the Indigo League six months earlier, you set out to take on the Orange Crew Challenge, exploring the wonderful world of Pokemon and aiming to catch 'em all.
Gameplay: Explore the entire Orange Archipelago and its many islands full of unique Pokemon, battle, capture and train over 250 creatures spanning the whole Pokemon universe, and challenge the members of the Orange Crew on your way to becoming a Pokemon Master. Use new abilities such as Dive and Rock Climb to discover the islands' secrets, and interact with familiar faces from the Pokemon TV series.
Features include the full Orange Archipelago, a story based on the anime, Orange and Alola forms, Crystal Onix, working Pink Berries, a 20th-anniversary event (the Ho-oh/Marshadow movie), diving and rock climbing, an updated Iris Amulet and EXP. Share, plus new cries, stats and reusable TMs.
