Grandia: Parallel Trippers (グランディア パラレルトリッパーズ) is a role-playing video game developed by Game Arts for the Game Boy Color. It was released exclusively in Japan in 2000 and is a spin-off of the first Grandia title released for the PlayStation, featuring characters, music, and a battle system similar to the original.
This cartridge is a fan-translation, re-created from the original Japanese ROM translated into English so it can be enjoyed by players who don't understand Japanese.
Story: It follows a young boy named Yuuhi and his friends, who find themselves strangely transported to the "Grandia World". They must team up with many of the characters seen in the first Grandia to find a way home. To do so, Yuuhi must obtain three keys from different areas of the world in order to unlock a seal in the White Tower. The game's main villain is the evil Gulgan, who is responsible for Yuuhi's appearance in this new world.
