Detective Conan 1: The Mechanical Temple Murder Case (Meitantei Konan: Karakuri Jiin Satsujin Jiken) is the first Game Boy Color Detective Conan adventure, brought to English through this fan-translation. Originally developed by Alpha Unit and distributed by Banpresto in 2000, the game was released only in Japan. This edition lets you play it fully in English while respecting the original Japanese cover art. Story: Ran and Conan plan to meet Heiji at a cafe, but the train is delayed and he runs late. While they wait, a worker named Miki Tosawa accidentally spills juice on Conan. Miki invites them to her house and reveals she had actually been planning to seek out the famous detective Kogoro Mouri for help, because her sister Satomi has vanished without telling anyone where she went. Conan pieces together clues that lead to a book store, where Haibara helps them find a guidebook to a very old temple where they suspect Satomi has gone. Later, joined by Kogoro and Heiji, Conan, Ran, and Miki set off for the temple in search of the missing Satomi. Gameplay: A role-playing and investigation adventure where you gather clues and solve the mystery.
