Mega Casanova 3: a hospital-set visual novel released on cartridge and for free in 2022
The third Mega Casanova is a visual novel rather than an action game. Its developer, SegaTim, first mentioned it on 22 December 2021 as a work in progress, with Russian as the main language and English and German also planned. The formal announcement followed on 9 February 2022 on the SpritesMind forum, describing an erotic visual novel about the adventures of a young man in a hospital, "coming soon" on cartridges. A cartridge image appeared on 8 March 2022, and the free digital release followed on 15 April 2022. This is adult material, and the page presents it only in that spirit.
